In this role, you will direct impactful messaging and narratives for B2B audiences, ensuring consistency across retail, specialty health, and supplier partnerships. Your leadership will drive high-performing teams, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to shape customer events and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategic Support: Oversee national communications for multiple business units and manage team performance.
- Strategic Communications: Develop cohesive customer narratives aligned with the corporate brand.
- Event Development: Execute retail event portfolios, industry events, and trade shows communications.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure unified customer messaging.
Minimum Qualifications & Key Competencies
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration (master’s preferred), with 10+ years in B2B communications. Proven leadership, the ability to manage sensitive communications, and proficiency with digital tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo are required. Fluency in English and French is advantageous.
Compensation and Additional Information
