The Chicago office of McGuireWoods LLP invites applications for an Antitrust Associate. The role supports the Antitrust group by counseling clients on regulatory issues and litigation, compliance, and transactional matters.
Role Responsibilities
- Antitrust audits and compliance programs
- Antitrust counseling and litigation support
- Government investigations and international trade issues
- Premerger considerations including M&A and HSR
- Handling class actions and debarring proceedings
Qualifications
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with an emphasis on M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling. Excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and Illinois Bar membership are required. Federal clerkship experience is a strong plus.

McGuireWoods offers competitive salaried positions ($260,000 - $355,000), hours and merit bonuses, billable hours credit for pro bono work, and a hybrid remote work option.
