Role: Sr Product Owner Platform Experiences
Join our Platform & Product Delivery team to lead platform innovations and improvements in the higher education market. You will work closely with users, product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to research, define, and launch new customer experiences using AI-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own investment cases including financial forecasts, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Develop market-focused roadmaps with business and product teams.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new features and customer communications.
- Conduct market and user research to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams for seamless delivery.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of product management experience with proven software delivery.
- Strong skills in user research, agility, and data-driven decision making.
- Agile Product Owner certification and capability in managing complex platforms.
Additional Information
This remote position is open to applicants authorized to work in the United States and requires 10-20% travel.
