Responsibilities
You will:
- Assist Event Managers with planning and execution of customer events.
- Support conference planning and manage logistics including venue research and registration tracking.
- Coordinate communications, vendor management, and prepare event materials.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Salesforce.com, Cvent, Smartsheet, and Asana.
- Track event performance metrics and contribute to post-event evaluations.
Requirements
A successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, familiarity with event tools, strong communication, ability to manage multiple projects, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in events, marketing, or hospitality.
