How Can You Make an Impact?

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success Team, you will empower college-level faculty and administrators by providing guidance, training, and support. Your role focuses on driving digital adoption, customer retention, and sales pipeline growth through upselling and cross-selling McGraw Hill solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing customer base to expand digital usage.
  • Manage KPIs related to customer retention, renewal, and satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Gainsight to track and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze data trends and apply insights to improve customer outcomes.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with higher education faculty and administrators.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure successful technology implementation.
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive continuous product value.
  • Consult on customer journey improvements and resolve issues collaboratively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in education or edtech preferred.
  • 5+ years of consulting/customer success experience.
  • Proven record with contract renewals and account growth.
  • Instructional design and higher education experience.
  • Strong communication, strategic planning, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and support digital offerings.
  • Comfortable working cross-departmentally in a deadline-driven environment.
