How Can You Make an Impact?
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success Team, you will empower college-level faculty and administrators by providing guidance, training, and support. Your role focuses on driving digital adoption, customer retention, and sales pipeline growth through upselling and cross-selling McGraw Hill solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Leverage existing customer base to expand digital usage.
- Manage KPIs related to customer retention, renewal, and satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce and Gainsight to track and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Analyze data trends and apply insights to improve customer outcomes.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with higher education faculty and administrators.
- Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure successful technology implementation.
- Partner with commercial teams to drive continuous product value.
- Consult on customer journey improvements and resolve issues collaboratively.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in education or edtech preferred.
- 5+ years of consulting/customer success experience.
- Proven record with contract renewals and account growth.
- Instructional design and higher education experience.
- Strong communication, strategic planning, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and support digital offerings.
- Comfortable working cross-departmentally in a deadline-driven environment.
