What You’ll Do
- Project Planning and Coordination: Support development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Agile Ceremonies Participation: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Backlog Management Support: Help manage and refine project backlogs with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Track Project Progress: Monitor timelines, resource allocation and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
- Facilitate Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed on project status and any changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in analyzing project performance to enhance team efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for senior management.
- Project Delivery and Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams is required.
Desired Skills (Optional)
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana; familiarity with Agile project tracking tools; basic knowledge of product management or software development processes; and experience with digital projects is a plus.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is between $49,500 and $75,000 annually, with final pay based on experience and qualifications.
