Overview

The Cybersecurity Engineer III at McDonald's is a key role within the Identity and Access Management team. Reporting to the Manager of Authentication and Access Control services engineering and operations, you will implement secure and scalable authentication and access control solutions.

Key Duties

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure authentication and access solutions using Microsoft Entra.
  • Develop strategies to meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with product, technical teams, and stakeholders for IAM products.
  • Evaluate and improve existing systems with latest security trends.
  • Prepare technical documentation and comprehensive reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role and possess expert-level understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and cybersecurity best practices. Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
