Department Overview

McDonald’s new growth strategy emphasizes the critical role of technology through innovation in Delivery, Digital, Drive Thru and Development. The Global Cyber Security (GCS) organization leads security across the enterprise, addressing complex challenges and maturing secure practices to support groundbreaking opportunities and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and update of product roadmaps, backlogs, and agile ceremonies.
  • Assist in implementation, delivery and activation of PAM products and services.
  • Contribute to new and existing feature enhancements with requirements, use cases, and workflows.
  • Participate in test environment set-up, execution, triage, and defect replication.
  • Develop and maintain PAM documentation and knowledge repositories for compliance and support.
  • Collaborate with global technology teams and the Global Cyber Security Market Engagement team to align PAM needs.
  • Foster effective communication and promote cybersecurity resilience across functions.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in implementing enterprise-level Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, cloud identity, provisioning, authentication, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
  • Intermediate knowledge of PAM technologies such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, and Saviynt.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles including risk management, access controls, and secure coding.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and project managers.
