Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Associate - Logistics and Procurement to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting the procurement, logistics, and compliance aspects of a donor-funded program. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring that all services and materials are acquired and delivered efficiently, on time, and in strict adherence to both funder and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of procurement processes, including vendor sourcing and thorough purchase documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage inventory and actively track assets to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate procurement and compliance records for audit readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with program, finance, and operations teams to streamline workflows and achieve program objectives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or International Development.
  • 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in procurement, logistics, or operations, preferably within an international development or non-profit context.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements for donor-funded programs is highly desirable.
