Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Strategist to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role is crucial in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, adept at leveraging research, insights, and strategic thinking to craft compelling brand narratives and drive measurable business impact. This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week in-office position to foster collaboration and team cohesion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage brand strategy projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights gathering.
- Develop clear and compelling brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, design, and account management to bring strategies to life.
- Present strategic recommendations and insights to clients in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand strategy and marketing.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Four to six years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in research methodologies, brand strategy development, messaging architecture, and marketing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
