Your Work Environment
Join the Weapon System Directorate, responsible for all system engineering activities at MBDA.
You will integrate into the Weapon Systems Simulation & Experimentation department, which conducts weapon system simulations (human-in-the-loop experimentation, new concept studies and demonstrations, performance evaluation, algorithmic development). You will join a team of about thirty people, based in Le Plessis-Robinson, composed of software developers, systems engineers, and 3D graphic designers.
Your Daily Life as an Ingénieur DevOps
As an Ingénieur DevOps at MBDA, you will:
- Gather and analyze user needs.
- Facilitate developments and improve product quality through automation and CI/CD pipeline creation.
- Enable the deployment of containerized simulations by configuring orchestration.
- Participate with the team in sprint planning and SCRUM rituals.
- Ensure the technical quality of projects.
- Co-build the technical roadmap with the team leader.
- Perform technological watch and drive the team's growth and evolution.
- Contribute to departmental best practices.

Your Profile
You hold a Bac+5 degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering.
A strong command of containerization tools and their orchestration is essential.
You are comfortable creating tools to optimize production and development processes.
You are familiar with managing the infrastructure of development systems (deployment, server maintenance).
The team operates within the following technical environment:
- Agile methodology: SCRUM
- DevOps tools: Gitlab, Podman, Kubernetes, Jenkins
- Scripting: Python, Shell
- Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Object-oriented development: Java, C++
- Development tools: Maven, CMake

You are committed to supporting users in carrying out their tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation includes a fixed salary and additional individual components (a variable part for our executive employees and a seniority bonus as well as an annual bonus for our non-executive employees) or collective components depending on company performance and results (profit-sharing, incentive schemes).
