Overview
Mayvin is seeking an HR Operations Support Task Lead to drive support services for a federal customer in the Intelligence Community. This role involves workforce management, personnel operations, and HR program execution while supervising HR specialists and liaising with customer leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including workforce management and personnel actions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring pipelines.
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, and job classification processes.
- Administer HR data systems to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
- Plan and execute professional development and training initiatives.
- Supervise HR specialists including tasking, priorities, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with federal and customer-specific HR policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with directorates to meet staffing and talent-management objectives.
- Monitor HR service delivery, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customer leadership and the HR support team.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph required. This contract is pending award.
