Overview

Mayvin is seeking an HR Operations Support Task Lead to drive support services for a federal customer in the Intelligence Community. This role involves workforce management, personnel operations, and HR program execution while supervising HR specialists and liaising with customer leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including workforce management and personnel actions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring pipelines.
  • Lead onboarding, offboarding, and job classification processes.
  • Administer HR data systems to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Plan and execute professional development and training initiatives.
  • Supervise HR specialists including tasking, priorities, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and customer-specific HR policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with directorates to meet staffing and talent-management objectives.
  • Monitor HR service delivery, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customer leadership and the HR support team.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph required. This contract is pending award.
