Responsibilities
As a Senior Information Security Analyst specializing in Identity Management, you will advance Mayo Clinic’s capabilities in identity governance, authentication, and access management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will leverage expertise in data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and AI to provide actionable insights that strengthen security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate and normalize identity data from cloud and on-premises systems (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle ERP, SailPoint)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for identity lifecycle management
- Apply AI and advanced analytics to uncover risks and trends
- Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements and improve access visibility
- Implement data quality, lineage, and governance controls
- Support automation and reporting for identity lifecycle management
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Technical Background
- Experience with cloud identity platforms (Google Cloud Identity, Microsoft Entra ID)
- Familiarity with IAM data sources (Oracle ERP, SailPoint IdentityIQ)
- Understanding of data modeling and governance for identity data
- Proficiency in developing dashboards and analytics using modern BI and AI tools
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards in identity management
Qualifications
Master’s degree with one year of experience or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with at least two years of experience in information security. Required certifications include CISSP, GSEC, CISM, OSCP, or HCISPP (or the ability to acquire within two years).
Additional Information
Mayo Clinic will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. This is a full time, exempt role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with occasional weekend work as needed.
Location
Rochester, MN. This role is remote.
