Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position where work is primarily remote, with required on-site presence 3-5 days per month. The incumbent must live within a reasonable driving distance of Mayo Clinic Rochester, Minnesota.

Role and Responsibilities

The Program Manager, Clinical Operations, provides leadership, management, coordination and direction for all assigned programs and systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing program/system performance and balancing workload to meet objectives.
  • Coordinating with physicians, APPs, allied health staff, and practice leadership.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans, program planning, and program metrics.
  • Implementing process improvements and quality management initiatives.
