Purpose Of The Role

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for business services professionals and fee-earners (lawyers) across the EMEA markets. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with operational excellence to drive high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Working Hours & Arrangement

The standard hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility based on business needs. The current policy allows for two work-from-home days, with the option for 4 days per week or full time commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies.
  • Compile and write business cases for recruitment.
  • Prepare job descriptions and select recruiting methods.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for business services and legal roles.
  • Source candidates via outreach, job boards, and agencies.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview processes.
  • Ensure timely candidate updates and feedback collection.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and firm policies.
  • Manage offer processes and maintain records in ATS.
  • Support employer branding, reporting, and onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should be educated to at least A level or equivalent. Experience in legal recruitment across EMEA is essential, along with a strong understanding of business services functions, excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
