Overview: Senior Growth Insights & Experimentation Lead at Maya
As the Senior Growth Insights & Experimentation Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Maya’s acquisition efforts. This position focuses on strengthening funnel analytics, optimizing experimentation operations, and enforcing rigorous measurement discipline across both product-led growth (PLG) and alternative acquisition channels. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that performance issues are identified swiftly, growth opportunities are accurately assessed and prioritized, experiments are conducted with precise measurement, and cross-functional teams finalize decisions based on clear insights.
What You Will Do
- Lead the weekly operational rhythm for Onboarding, MGM (Member-Get-Member), and Ecosystem initiatives. This includes managing scorecards, conducting diagnostic deep dives, maintaining decision logs, and tracking actions with assigned owners and estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
- Proactively monitor the health of the step-level funnel on a daily and weekly basis. This involves tracking conversion rates, identifying failures, managing retries, and understanding abandonment points. You will also maintain a prioritized backlog of opportunities and issues, each clearly impact-sized.
- Own the entire end-to-end experiment lifecycle, from framing hypotheses and defining variants to creating comprehensive measurement plans, conducting instrumentation checks, presenting experiment readouts, and providing actionable recommendations on whether to ship, iterate, or stop a particular initiative.
- Safeguard the integrity of measurement by ensuring complete event tracking, maintaining a clear taxonomy of error codes, refining attribution logic, overseeing quality assurance (QA), and keeping cohort tagging clean and consistent across all initiatives.
- Streamline reporting processes for execution owners, especially for MGM and Ecosystem programs. This involves standardizing recurring report packs and deep-dive templates to reduce manual effort.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in areas such as growth analytics, experimentation operations, product analytics, growth operations, funnel optimization, or onboarding/KYC analytics. Similar cross-functional roles demonstrating relevant skills are also valued.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, encompassing funnels, cohorts, experiment readouts, and segmentation. While SQL and BI tools are a plus, robust skills in Excel or Google Sheets are a prerequisite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional operating cadences effectively and drive initiatives to closure, extending beyond mere analysis to tangible outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear decisions and actionable trackers.
- Experience within the Fintech, payments, or regulated onboarding sectors is a significant advantage.
