Overview

The Product Specialist Communications Platform at Maya is responsible for envisioning and realizing a customer-centric platform used across various Maya customer touchpoints. The role focuses on providing a one-stop-shop for incidents, fulfillment requests, and inquiries.

What You Will Do

  • Understand end-user experience, perspectives, and needs.
  • Create personas and user stories based on research.
  • State problems and guide team directions.
  • Ensure user-centricity, risk, compliance, and data analytics are integrated.
  • Map the customer journey from current to future state.
  • Lead cross-functional creative solution generation.
  • Visualize, build, test, and refine solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder priorities and product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market scans for competitive insights.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in product management or a similar role in financial technology.
  • Proven experience launching and managing fintech products.
  • Expertise with customer-facing knowledge management solutions and Incident/Request Fulfillment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with design thinking and SCRUM teams.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools for monitoring and product improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and roadmap prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of API frameworks and platform integrations.
