The Product Specialist Communications Platform at Maya is responsible for envisioning and realizing a customer-centric platform used across various Maya customer touchpoints. The role focuses on providing a one-stop-shop for incidents, fulfillment requests, and inquiries.
What You Will Do
- Understand end-user experience, perspectives, and needs.
- Create personas and user stories based on research.
- State problems and guide team directions.
- Ensure user-centricity, risk, compliance, and data analytics are integrated.
- Map the customer journey from current to future state.
- Lead cross-functional creative solution generation.
- Visualize, build, test, and refine solutions.

What We Are Looking For
