Sales Engineer Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for a sales region in the field of drive technology.
• Professional and proactive care for existing customers.
• Technical consulting for customers, preparing customer offers.
• Ensuring the successful progress of projects, including their planning and implementation.
• Close cooperation with colleagues and other business units of the maxon group.
• Planning, creating forecasts, and generating reports.
• Traveling and independently planning customer visits.
• Participation in trade fairs.
• Active market monitoring (medical technology, automation technology, robotics) and competitor analysis.

Your Profile

• University technical education, ideally in mechatronics, automation, mechanics, or electrical engineering.
• Experience in sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Interest in the drive technology market, understanding of technical applications.
• A team player who actively participates in an international environment.
• Communicative, engaged, with strong negotiation skills.
• Personal responsibility and reliability.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), German is an advantage.
• Driving license (Group B), willingness to travel.
• Interest in further development.
