Overview
Maximus is seeking a Senior System Analyst responsible for supporting complex application development, systems integration, and operational initiatives across enterprise environments. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure that business requirements are accurately captured, translated, and implemented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Gain deep understanding of business components and requirements.
- Act as primary liaison between project business staff and technical teams.
- Lead or support requirements development including work plan, timeline, and resource management.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to application efficiency and reliability.
- Provide guidance and training within the job area.
Job-Specific Essential Duties
- Serve as main point of contact to document business and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications based on business processes.
- Manage requirements-development activities including planning and coordination.
- Define and document data extracts, process flows, and reporting structures.
- Support customer application development and systems integration involving SaaS platforms and cloud-based services.
- Participate in system testing and design reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Audit and report on application performance and project activities.
- Provide maintenance support including troubleshooting and coordination of enhancements.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred skills include Agile methodologies, BPMN 2.0, SaaS integrations, CRM platforms, digital experience solutions, ERP systems, AI-enabled tools, process automation technologies, SQL, and AWS Cloud services.
Additional Information
This is a remote, full-time position with salary ranging from $85,400 to $125,000 annually. Maximus offers a comprehensive benefits package and is an equal opportunity employer.
