Role Summary

Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager leads matrix project teams including operations experts, business analysts, application developers, and systems engineers. The role entails planning, managing, and delivering both SDLC and network infrastructure projects using PMBOK best practices.

Your Typical Week at Maximus

  • Develop, monitor, and update project work plans.
  • Determine staffing requirements and assign roles.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Manage daily project details including schedule, budget, and risk.
  • Facilitate project meetings and establish effective communication.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitor budgets and report progress to senior management.
  • Manage all resource allocations on the project.
