Overview
The Change Management Analyst at Maximus will support the Aidvantage Program under the Department of Education portfolio. This remote role requires eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The role includes analyzing new program requests, assessing impacts of changes, and developing impact assessments. You will communicate impacts across departments, work with management, and identify cross-project dependencies. Additionally, you will act as the implementation lead for new project initiatives and serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective change management.
- Develop and update impact assessments for proposed changes
- Communicate change impacts to appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain status reports and update documentation
- Analyze change request data for process effectiveness
- Work with internal and external clients to improve performance
Job-Specific Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience are required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This role demands close collaboration across teams and departments.
Additional Information
