About the Role

The Analyst - Data Analytics at Maximus supports the Indiana Level of Care (IN LCAR) program. You will work with program and analytics staff, clinical SMEs, and state clients to pull, analyze, and interpret data related to operational and client needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop advanced methods to analyze operational data.
• Act as a point of contact for data and analytical usage.
• Identify trends in extracted data and provide actionable insights.
• Create and implement metrics, functions, and scripts for KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop ad hoc tools to support operational analytics.
• Explore new technologies for company initiatives.
• Support team communication, strategy implementation, and project management.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Government or Healthcare. Must have strong skills in analyzing healthcare data and social determinant variables.

Preferred Requirements

5 years experience in operations with expertise in SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and SAS.

Home Office Requirements

Company-issued computer equipment, reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload), and a private, secure workspace.
