Your Responsibilities as an Applications Manager

As an Applications Manager at MAXENERGY, you will ensure the stable and smooth operation of our enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and energy industry systems. You will plan, accompany, and structuredly implement further developments, releases, and system upgrades. Your role involves analyzing, prioritizing, and processing incidents, ensuring sustainable solutions are put in place. You will monitor system availability, performance, and interfaces, proactively identifying optimization potential. You are responsible for system configurations, authorization structures, and data quality. Ensuring compliance with IT security, data protection, and other regulatory requirements is also a key part of your role. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical and functional documentation, acting as a central interface between internal departments and external partners.

Your Profile

• Completed IT education (Matura, FH, University) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Application Management or software support
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or energy industry systems is an advantage
• Database knowledge (ideally Oracle)
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and API Management
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing systems
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees of electricity companies in Austria. The collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on classification, starts from EUR 3,046.44 gross per month (full-time). A market-conform overpayment depending on qualification and experience is foreseen.
