About The Role: Inside Sales Representative

Mawer Capital is seeking experienced High-Ticket Sales Closers to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This remote, commission-based role focuses entirely on handling fully inbound, pre-booked sales calls. You will be responsible for closing high-ticket offers ranging from $10Kâ$100K for TV and media packages targeted at small businesses, utilizing a proven inbound funnel system that generates over 300 booked calls daily across the team. We are a well-established company with over a decade in business, more than 120 team members, and a track record of over 200,000 booked calls last year. This position is ideal for experienced closers who thrive in a high-volume environment, maintain professional conduct, and close ethically.

Compensation

This role offers a commission-based structure with a recurring base. Realistic on-target earnings (OTE) are projected between $6,000 and $20,000+ per month, with top performers consistently achieving $20,000 â $30,000+ per month. You will also benefit from recurring commissions derived from your client book. A full inbound call calendar is provided upon meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Take up to 16 x 30-minute Zoom calls per day, managing a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Successfully close high-ticket offers ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for TV and media packages.
  • Handle 100% inbound scheduled appointments, requiring no cold calling.
  • Maintain a professional Zoom presence with the camera on at all times during client interactions.
  • Accurately update CRM systems after each call to ensure proper record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Send timely SMS follow-ups to maintain engagement with prospects.
  • Attend daily morning sales training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay updated.
  • Adhere strictly to ethical and compliant sales processes, with all calls subject to auditing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrable high-ticket closing experience.
  • A proven track record of successfully closing offers valued at $10,000 or more.
  • Strong proficiency in objection handling and a consultative sales approach.
  • Comfortable and capable of managing multiple daily video calls efficiently.
  • Proficient with various CRM systems for lead management and tracking.
  • Possess a professional remote setup, including a reliable camera, appropriate lighting, and stable internet.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
