High-Ticket Sales Closer Remote
Mawer Capital is seeking experienced High-Ticket Sales Closers to handle fully inbound, pre-booked sales calls. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with a proven inbound funnel system generating a high volume of qualified leads.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with recurring base potential. Realistic earnings range from $6,000 to $20,000+ per month, with top performers earning $20,000 to $30,000+ per month. You will also benefit from recurring commissions from your client book and a full inbound calendar, provided KPIs are met.
About The Role
As a High-Ticket Sales Closer, you will be responsible for closing $10K–$100K TV and media packages for small businesses. This role is ideal for experienced closers who can manage a high volume of calls professionally and ethically. Mawer Capital has a 10-year history, a team of over 120 members, and successfully managed over 200,000 booked calls last year.
Responsibilities
- Take up to 16 x 30-minute Zoom calls per day.
- Close high-ticket offers ranging from $10K–$100K.
- Handle 100% inbound scheduled appointments.
- Maintain a professional Zoom presence with the camera on at all times.
- Update the CRM after each call.
- Send SMS follow-ups.
- Attend daily morning sales training.
- Follow ethical and compliant sales processes; all calls are audited.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience.
- Proven track record of closing $10K+ offers.
- Strong objection handling and consultative sales skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple daily video calls.
- Proficient with CRM systems.
- Professional remote setup, including camera, lighting, and reliable internet.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- This is not an entry-level position; proof of past performance is required.
