Data Analyst, GTM Analytics

Zoom is seeking a Data Analyst to join their GTM Analytics team. This role is responsible for developing trusted GTM and Product analytics to guide revenue, retention, and growth decisions. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to translate complex business questions into actionable insights using modern cloud analytics tools. Deliver insights that improve customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes across Zoom's go-to-market motion.

About The Team

The GTM Analytics team at Zoom builds trusted analytics that empower business decision-making. They partner closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions, enabling better decisions by providing accurate insights that drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Developing trusted analytics by partnering with Zoom's Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product stakeholders across the full Lead-to-Quote-to-Cash journey.
  • Building scalable dashboards, analytical models, and defining actions that improve business visibility and decision-making.
  • Analyzing customer, revenue, and product data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth for pre-sales, sales cycles, renewals, support, and customer success motions.
  • Translating analytical findings into compelling data stories that drive Executive Insights, Quarter/Monthly Business Reviews, and Cross-Functional decision-making.
  • Partnering with data engineering teams to validate data quality, resolve issues, and improve trusted reporting.
  • Supporting analytics adoption by defining success metrics, measuring ROI, and enabling self-service reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience delivering business analytics, with at least 2 years in a GTM, Revenue Operations, or Product analytics capacity.
  • Advanced SQL skills to analyze large datasets in cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience building analytical models, dashboards, and reports using modern business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Python or R to prepare, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and Consumption-based business metrics, customer lifecycle analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver trusted analytics solutions.
  • Clear communication of technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted analytics or productivity tools to improve analytical workflows.
