About the Role
In the role of Member Services Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members. You will deliver clear, compassionate support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting with fertility benefits, navigating insurance reimbursements, managing claims documentation, and providing guidance on Maven Wallet inquiries across multiple channels such as messaging, live chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Maven members via messaging, live chat, and phone.
- Answer inquiries related to fertility benefits and benefits navigation.
- Support insurance reimbursement and payments processes.
- Assist with documentation and claims processing for Maven Wallet.
- Triaging tickets and supporting operational tasks as required.
Schedule & Shift Details
This remote role supports Maven members 7 days/week with multiple shift options including weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–2 years of member-facing experience in customer support.
- Experience assisting with fertility benefits or in healthcare/insurance space.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and claims workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or claims management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $55,000-65,000 per year along with stock options, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, parental leave, professional development stipend, 401K matching, and more.
