Some of your core areas of focus will be: community features, like forums and support groups, homepage, and content discovery and interaction. You will be the voice of our new users and partner closely with other Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing & Comms, Content Production, and other teams.
As a Group Product Manager, Care Delivery at Maven, you will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of products that power how care is delivered across the Maven platform. You will be accountable for building scalable, intelligent care experiences that enable clinicians, coaches, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven care across the member lifecycle. You will manage and develop a team of Product Managers, set a clear long-term vision for care delivery, and partner closely with clinical, engineering, data, design, and operations leaders to ensure Maven delivers care that is seamless, personalized, and clinically excellent.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the care delivery product strategy by identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities across clinical workflows, virtual care, care coordination, and operational tooling, aligned with Maven’s company goals and AI-first roadmap.
- Set vision and investment direction for how care is delivered on the Maven platform, ensuring experiences scale across conditions, programs, and member lifecycles while maintaining clinical quality and human-centered care.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, supporting their growth while raising the bar on product thinking, execution, and impact across the care delivery domain.
- Partner deeply with cross-functional leaders in Clinical, Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, and Member Support to deliver integrated, end-to-end care experiences for members and clinicians.
- Define and own success metrics for care delivery, including clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, clinician experience, and member satisfaction, and ensure teams are delivering measurable impact against company OKRs.
- Use data, research, and insights, including clinical outcomes, product analytics, user research, and operational signals, to inform prioritization, tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions.
- Drive experimentation and innovation across both core workflows and new capabilities, including AI-enabled care orchestration, clinical decision support, and clinician-facing intelligence.
- Build for the long term, designing durable systems and platforms that support Maven’s growth, regulatory requirements, and evolving standards of care.
- Champion the clinician and member experience, ensuring care delivery tools reduce friction, preserve human connection, and enable teams to work at the top of their license.
- Advance product excellence at Maven, contributing to product best practices, operating models, and cross-team alignment.
What You'll Bring
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, with ownership of complex healthcare or care delivery products; experience with clinical workflows, eligibility, claims, payer data, EHRs, or health data integrations strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems and the health consumer mindset, with experience translating complex clinical and operational systems into intuitive, high-impact products.
- Proven people leadership experience, including managing and mentoring Product Managers and leading multi-team product portfolios.
- Strong product judgment and analytical rigor, with the ability to ground decisions in data, clinical evidence, user insights, operational constraints, and business impact.
- Track record of delivering and scaling products across the full lifecycle, from discovery and 0→1 innovation to optimization and scale.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with engineering, data science, clinical teams, operations, and external partners in fast-moving environments.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to set direction, make tradeoffs, and drive execution in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
