Role Overview: Director of Product, Care Delivery
The Director of Product, Care Delivery leads the strategy and execution of our Care Delivery platform. You will design and launch innovative digital healthcare workflow products that empower providers, streamline clinical operations, and improve outcomes for our members.
- Drive the product roadmap for care delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, AI, clinical and provider teams.
- Deliver measurable outcomes for key programs like Family Building, Maternity, Parenting & Pediatrics, and Menopause.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Implement AI-native products for efficient digital care.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and oversee the execution of the Care Delivery roadmap.
- Partner with program leads to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Manage a diverse portfolio including health data ingestion, AI-enabled workflows and EHR systems.
- Lead product team development at the tech-healthcare interface.
- Ensure safety and efficiency in digital care delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- At least 5 years leading teams in digital healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proven record in building provider- and clinical-facing workflow products.
- Experience rolling out AI functionality in digital healthcare.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
