The Opportunity: B2B Events Marketing Senior Associate
Maven Clinic is actively seeking a remote B2B Events Marketing Senior Associate (Contract) to play a crucial role in executing its B2B events and field marketing strategy. This position is vital for ensuring the seamless delivery of both in-person and virtual experiences, which are designed to strengthen relationships, support pipeline growth, and advance broader growth marketing goals across key audiences. As a B2B Events Marketing Senior Associate at Maven, you will support a diverse range of initiatives, from third-party and hosted events to Maven’s inaugural conference, collaborating closely with sales and marketing partners to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Event Programs:
- Execute assigned event projects for Maven’s in-person events (third-party and hosted) from intake through post-event wrap-up, ensuring alignment of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, vendor coordination, material shipments, and on-site or virtual logistics to support smooth event execution.
- Track budgets and expenses for assigned projects, maintaining clear documentation and timely updates.
- Support Maven’s syndicated webinar program by managing vendor coordination, contracting, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate post-event lead uploads and follow-up details in partnership with sales and marketing operations.
- Own day-to-day execution of Maven’s self-serve events program for the sales organization, including monitoring requests, managing approvals, and serving as the primary point of contact.
Support Maven’s Inaugural Conference:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of Maven’s inaugural conference, supporting the Director of Events as needed.
- Manage overall speaker coordination, acting as the primary point person for communications and deliverable tracking before and during conference days.
- Support on-site operations for the conference as required.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience in event marketing, field marketing, or project management.
- B2B events experience is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Exceptional organizational skills and comfort working within defined processes and timelines.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology environments is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this contract role is $50 - $60 per hour, with individual pay decisions based on qualifications, experience, and skillset. This role requires active US work authorization. While contract providers are ineligible for full-time employee benefits, Maven is committed to competitive compensation.
