Role Overview: Digital Experience & SEO Specialist
This role is focused on managing and optimizing Mattermost's owned channels. You will ensure our website remains fast, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized while driving growth through SEO and digital experience tools like Qualified, Navattic, and Wistia.
Responsibilities
- Manage CMS updates in WordPress including landing pages and blog posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies for site builds and SEO execution.
- Drive on-page SEO improvements, metadata, and keyword optimization.
- Own CRO and UX optimization efforts including form fills and chatbot experiences.
- Maintain accurate analytics with GA4 and GTM.
- Support campaign launches through high-quality landing pages.
- Manage company profile pages on review sites.
Qualifications
2–4 years of B2B SaaS digital marketing experience, with proficiency in WordPress, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.
