Job Opportunity
We are hiring multiple Associate Marketing Managers for Global Product Marketing across our Dolls, Vehicles & Action Figures, and Games categories. This role focuses on product development, business strategy, and marketing asset creation.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to manage product portfolios and P&L.
- Coordinate with Design, Packaging, and Product Development teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for brand inquiries and information dissemination.
- Facilitate execution of global product strategies and market activation.
- Lead business reporting, analysis, and global marketing tool development.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years relevant experience (or 5+ years without MBA).
- Strong understanding of marketing mix and KPIs.
- Expertise in data analysis and financial management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
