The Opportunity

As the Associate Manager, Performance Marketing, you will drive user acquisition for a diverse portfolio of mobile games. You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, manage substantial budgets, and collaborate across creative, analytics, product, and monetization teams to fuel global expansion.

Your Impact

  • Plan, execute and optimize UA and retargeting campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets to maximize user lifetime value and ROAS.
  • Design A/B and multivariate tests on audiences, bids, and funnels for scalable performance gains.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad formats and conduct rigorous ASO tests using Sensor Tower and Data.ai.
  • Analyze attribution data from MMPs like Singular alongside privacy-centric frameworks (SKAN, Privacy Sandbox).
  • Build strategic partnerships with platform reps, network partners, and agencies to explore new traffic sources.
  • Continuously monitor UA trends and competitor strategies, testing new channels for growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years managing UA and retargeting campaigns for mobile F2P games.
  • Expertise in multi-channel media buying across major advertising platforms.
  • Proven ability in managing large monthly budgets to drive LTV and ROAS targets.
  • Strong experience in App Store Optimization and creative A/B testing.
  • Practical knowledge of privacy-centric frameworks and MMP data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Analytics or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary ranges between $91,000 and $135,200, determined by location, skills and experience. Mattel also offers competitive total pay programs, comprehensive benefits, and career development resources.
