🚀 We’re Hiring | HR Executive
At Matrix Medicals, we are building a high-performance team that drives innovation in healthcare solutions across India. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate HR Executive who can help us strengthen our people processes and culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with teams, managing end-to-end recruitment, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
💼 What you’ll do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across roles
- Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation
- Support performance management and HR initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance
- Work closely with leadership to support business growth
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with HR tools and MS Excel is a plus
- Experience in the Healthcare industry is an added advantage
