Matrix Global is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, IT, product, and operations teams while facilitating workshops and producing key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
• Conduct gap analyses and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide analytical insights to support project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations to communicate findings.
• Work with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on solutions.
• Participate in development team meetings reviewing FSDs, writing BRDs, and testing documents.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Experience with Trade or Capital Markets Broker/Dealer Surveillance solutions implementation or development.
• Proficient in Oracle or MS-SQL Database.
• Experience with Actimize AIS, RCM, ERCM, and SMARTS Trade Surveillance solutions.
• Solid understanding of Sales Practices Models for Trade Surveillance and compliance.
• Advanced skills in writing complex SQL queries and procedures.
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, HP QC, ALM.
• Experience working in Scrum agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to deliver high-quality functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience supporting global teams and release migrations.
