The Opportunity: Technical Documentation Intern

MathWorks is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Documentation Intern to join the Engineering Development Group. As part of a product team, you will collaborate with engineers, quality experts, marketers, and user experience professionals. Responsibilities of a Technical Documentation Intern

Upon completing training in MathWorks' development processes and tools, you will work closely with the Documentation team. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive use case research.
• Translating research findings into precise content specifications.
• Demonstrating product features, workflows, and technical applications through goal-oriented topics and practical examples.
• Reviewing product developments and providing constructive feedback.
• Taking initiative to suggest process improvements and mentoring others.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a master's level or a PhD level degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience with MATLAB.

• Programming skills are beneficial.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
• Experience with MATLAB is a significant plus.
