Role Overview
The International Relations Manager will support and scale international relations efforts from Dubai. Reporting directly to the Head – International Corporate Relations, you will execute global placement initiatives, manage recruiter relationships, and drive business development for Masters’ Union’s international programs. This position is a high-visibility role, serving as the face of Masters’ Union for global recruiters, corporate partners, and executive education clients.
Key Responsibilities
- International Placements: Deliver placement targets for students in UAE, GCC, and international markets; manage recruiter engagement and track student pipelines.
- Global Market Expansion: Research and map geographies for placements and internships; maintain an active calendar of global events and develop relationships with embassies, chambers of commerce, and trade associations.
- Exec Education & L&D Partnerships: Identify potential clients for executive education and corporate training; prepare pitch decks and proposals; coordinate with internal teams to deliver results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years' experience in corporate relations, business development, or education sales.
- Experience in partnerships across regions is a plus.
- Excellent B2B relationship-building and strong CXO-level presence.
- Proven ability to lead partnerships from identification to execution.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition trends and job markets.
- Exceptional communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
