Job Description
Mastercard Dynamic Yield is seeking an experienced Technical Projects and Operations Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of diverse technical projects. The role aligns project outcomes with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sprint Planning and Management: Coordinate sprint planning, manage daily meetings, and track action items.
- Tools and JIRA Ownership: Administer tools such as JIRA, BrowserStack, Postman, and SendGrid, ensuring smooth integration and team training.
- Internal Projects Scoping: Manage and scope internal projects from inception to completion.
- Customer-Oriented Coordination: Act as liaison between developer and product teams, and support customer calls and external code projects.
- Process Assistance: Improve team efficiency through process development and implementation.
Qualifications
Qualifications include experience in project management in a technical environment, agile methodologies, strong communication skills, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, BrowserStack, Postman, and SendGrid. A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is an advantage.
