About The Role

The Technical Program Manager II Portfolio Intelligence will support delivery against the product and technology roadmaps, facilitate the modernization journey for key data analytics applications, and build processes and consensus across Global Product, Engineering, Operations, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of assigned technology programs.
  • Oversee end-to-end engineering delivery, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
  • Operate within an Agile/Scrum environment to align work with product roadmaps and OKRs.
  • Organize cross-team activities and conduct effective meetings and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers to secure resources and schedule milestones.

All About You

  • Expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, and CI/CD environments.
  • Experience in agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
  • Ability to define technical products and understand platform capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tableau or comparable BI tools is a plus.

Corporate Security Responsibility

Adhere to Mastercard’s security policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information. Complete mandatory security trainings and report any suspected breaches.
