Overview

The Agentic AI team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive groundbreaking AI product strategy forward. Work alongside world-class AI researchers and engineers to shape next-generation autonomous generative AI systems.

Role

  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale agentic AI initiatives.
  • Lead cross functional teams across engineering, data science, and research squads.
  • Operate within Agile/Scrum frameworks and ensure alignment with product roadmaps, OKRs, and KPIs.
  • Partner with Engineering Managers and Research Leads to secure resources and define priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process streamlining.
  • Serve as primary communication hub and proactively mitigate risks.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Proven track record in delivering technical products; strong analytical skills; excellent stakeholder management; independent self-starter.

Desirable / Additional Capabilities: Experience with agentic or autonomous AI systems, curiosity and quick learning of emerging AI techniques, entrepreneurial flair, hands-on MLOps experience, proficiency with Python/R and ML libraries.
