Staffing Manager EMEA - Senior Analyst / Staffing Manager – EMEA

About the Role

The Services organization at Mastercard, a key differentiator, provides cutting-edge services leveraging data, innovation and global expertise. Within the Advisors & Client Services (A&CS) team, the Staffing Manager ensures that the right people are allocated to the right engagements, spanning the entire staffing lifecycle from demand consolidation to capacity management. The role partners with Cluster Leads, PEMs, PMs, People Managers, and other staffing professionals to drive operational excellence and align staffing with business priorities and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and allocate resources across tracks and markets.
  • Manage capacity and maintain accurate skills and availability data.
  • Execute staffing processes via Salesforce/PSA, Tableau, and Confluence.
  • Provide insights through metrics reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborate globally to ensure consistency in staffing cycles.
  • Drive operational improvements and remove process bottlenecks.
  • Support team development aligning staffing with career growth.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.

Skills & Experience

5–8 years in professional services, resource management or related operations with strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and data-driven analysis. Experience in agile environments and familiarity with staffing tools such as Salesforce, PSA, Tableau, and Confluence is preferred. Exposure to cross-regional staffing and an understanding of professional services economics are advantages.
