Role Description

As a Sr Product Manager Technical in the Priceless Platform team, you will manage and enhance capabilities in both new and existing products for our consumer and B2B2C businesses. You will own feature delivery, engage in frequent client communications, and collaborate with Engineers, UX designers, and internal stakeholders across geos to define product details and user journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage product documentation with clear feature descriptions.
  • Elicit and decompose business requirements into detailed user stories.
  • Coordinate internal forums and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Define acceptance criteria and review product demos.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and adjust implementation as needed.

Experience & Requirements

Candidates should have experience in technical product management and working with technical development teams. Background in technology or software platforms, working with engineers, and handling multi-geo projects is essential. Knowledge of e-commerce systems, payments, API technologies and ideally AI powered features is desired. Experience with design tools like Figma is a plus, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
