Overview
Mastercard Foundry builds next-generation offerings that engineer the future of commerce. Across interdisciplinary teams and five global R&D Labs, the team creates differentiated product and service experiences leveraging insights, design expertise, and advanced technologies. In Asia Pacific, the Mastercard Foundry team delivers experiences at the flagship Mastercard Experience Center in Singapore, an immersive space showcasing Mastercard’s innovation, along with customer forums and industry events worldwide.
Your Role
In the role of Specialist, Innovation Management, you will be based in Singapore and will collaborate with team members across Asia Pacific to ideate, plan, and execute various innovation initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Leading creative planning for product & solution launches, events, and initiatives.
- Building collaborative partnerships with global and regional cross-functional teams.
- Driving knowledge through emerging technology trends, positioning Mastercard as a technology leader.
- Developing fact-based solution innovations using insights on Mastercard business and customer requirements.
- Crafting thought leadership position papers and developing immersive experiences through visual storytelling.
- Reviewing competitor information and developing stakeholder-oriented pitches.
- Collaborating to create collateral, narratives, and go-to-market guides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Formulating and running programs to advance an internal culture of innovation.
All About You
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of related experience in technology/financial services, a high interest in tech trends especially in payments, analytical skills, and strong business acumen. You must be detail oriented, creative, and able to multi-task and work independently as well as with diverse teams. Strong communication skills with a knack for engaging presentations and storytelling are essential. Experience with visual/UI/UX design tools like Figma, and skills in prototype building and design thinking are a plus.
