Title And Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and manage key initiatives at the R&D. You will provide technical guidance, foster innovation, ensure Agile best practices, and align program execution with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key initiatives across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders for alignment.
- Monitor program execution and resolve impediments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams and Scrum Masters.
- Track and report on program metrics, risks, and dependencies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing teams and initiatives at the domain level.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and the SAFe framework.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
