Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain market research product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Translate Mastercard client needs into product features and enhancements.
- Balance long-term product direction with current priorities.
- Collaborate with global Sales, Regional, and Technology teams for successful delivery and adoption.
- Work with senior product managers for portfolio alignment.
- Monitor market trends in payments and financial services.
- Manage research delivery teams and support new data synthesis methods.
- Oversee research product lifecycle, ensuring quality and readiness.
- Track product performance metrics and contribute to revenue and budget reporting.
- Prepare communications and sales enablement materials; coordinate with external vendors.
All About You
At least 4 years of experience in product management, market research, or related fields in financial services and tech. You are organized, able to coordinate projects, are curious about technology (including AI), and work effectively in virtual, global teams. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with a background in financial services or payments is a plus.
