Role and Summary
The Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design role within the Services New Product Development team at Mastercard Foundry is focused on creating innovative, user-centered product experiences for new data products. Team members collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other experts to rapidly iterate through product concepts, prototypes, and minimum viable products (MVPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design proof-of-concepts and MVPs using human-centric design principles.
- Conduct user research to validate product desirability, usability, and feasibility.
- Create visual mockups and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Participate in design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop designs that balance business objectives with engaging user experiences.

Compensation
For Toronto, Canada, the pay range is $94,000 - $138,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
