Job Description Summary
Become a key servant leader for agile teams. As the Senior Product Manager - Technical Security and Authentication, you will ensure teams progress towards their goals and objectives by removing impediments, protecting the team from outside disruptions, and facilitating various agile meetings including standups, backlog grooming, feature decomposition, and retrospectives.
You will partner with Product Owners to communicate status and escalate issues along with maintaining ALM (CA Agile Central) data for stakeholder visibility.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure processes and best practices are adhered to while identifying opportunities for improvement in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. Continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance is key.
Qualifications
- Passion for agile and learning agile practices.
- Software development experience is a must.
- Experience working with agile teams and familiarity with Kanban, SAFe, Agile, and Scrum processes.
- Exposure to agile work management tools such as CA Agile Central.
- Strong communication skills, especially with technical teams.
