Role Overview
The Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development at Mastercard Services is responsible for leading business growth and delivering end-to-end consulting solutions for Retail & Commerce clients in Korea. You will leverage consulting expertise, data-driven insights, and innovative digital solutions to shape new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Growth and Impact: Lead services business development, build senior relationships, and structure high-value deals.
- Solution Leadership and Delivery: Design integrated solutions with account teams, maintaining revenue accountability and ensuring best-in-class delivery.
- Strategic Partnerships and Market Development: Forge partnerships to expand market presence, drive thought leadership, and monitor industry trends.
All About You
You have a strong consulting or solution-selling background in the R&C sector in Korea, with proven success in managing complex sales cycles, closing high-value deals, and building trusted senior client relationships. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills in both Korean and English are essential.
