Senior Executive Assistant
Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant reports to the Executive Vice President, Global Communications and is an integral part of the team. This pivotal role sets the tone for the team with a high-energy, creative, outgoing personality and a collaborative mindset. Key responsibilities include general administrative support such as telephone coverage, scheduling meetings and events, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, copying, ordering supplies, and maintaining departmental records.
Role
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and related documentation.
- Schedule meetings and events, and coordinate conference logistics.
- Administer departmental programs, projects, and processes, maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
- Monitor news and research special topics as assigned.
- Serve as administrative liaison internally and externally.
- Develop and produce reports as required.
Education and All About You
High School education is required; a college degree is a plus. Must have executive administrative experience in a corporate environment interacting with senior and executive level management.

- Exhibit excellent organizational, relationship management, and influencing skills.
- Prioritize effectively with a results-driven attitude.
- Possessing a solid understanding of Mastercard’s operational infrastructure is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Oracle.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking.

Pay Range
Purchase, New York: $102,000 - $159,000 USD
