Title And Summary

This role, Senior Analyst, Partner Product Delivery on the Ethoca Partner Delivery team, supports our global product suite expansion with partners. You will act as the primary customer-facing implementation consultant during the onboarding journey and beyond.

The Role

  • Guide customers through onboarding from kick-off calls to account configuration and testing reviews.
  • Support live customers with account updates and operational queries.
  • Analyze current business processes to recommend improvement solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders managing expectations.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and maintain expertise in internal systems and processes.

All About You

The ideal candidate has experience implementing and supporting API/SFTP B2B fintech or SaaS solutions. You are comfortable in customer-facing roles in pre-sales and implementation, managing projects, and interacting with global teams. Experience with API, SQL, and regular expressions is an asset, as is familiarity with payments.
